• The tow vehicle must be appropriately rated for the weight of the trailer.
• Class Ill (3) Hitch Receiver, 2 5/16″ Ball, 7 wire Round plug in working order.
• Our travel trailers are minivan towable.
• Electric Brake Control System is required.
• You will need an anti-sway hitch to tow, or you may rent one from us. NO RENTAL FEE- $500 security deposit required.

Travel trailers do not include a generator, you may bring your own, or you may rent one from us (subject to availability). $300 security deposit required. 3 nights is $225 and 1 week is $400. To power a travel trailer, you will need a minimum of 2,500 watts with a recommended minimum of 4,500 watts

1. Return the unit within the scheduled drop off time frame.
2. All keys supplied to the renter must be returned.
3. Dump Holding tanks must be empty and read “E” on the monitor, plugs are the responsibility of the renter.
4. Refill Gas, Maintain/Check Oil, Refill Water & LP.
5. Cleaning- The RV/ trailer should be returned in the condition in which you received it. Floors, counters, tables, appliances (inside and out), mirrors, sinks, shower, and toilets must be cleaned.
6. Personal Items - It is your responsibility to ensure that no personal items are left in the rental, this includes all interior and exterior storage compartments. Return or pick up of any items left by mistake would be at your cost, items will not be held.
7. Accessories and rented items- You must ensure that all accessories included with the rental are returned with the unit. This may include dishes, remotes, curtains, cushions, pillows, tv, refrigerator drawers, etc. Also included are exterior items such as the water hose, regulator, sewer hose, electric cord/adapter, wheel chocks, cranks, hitch components, etc.
8. Will I receive a refund if I return early? – No refunds will be issues if a rental is returned before the scheduled time and date. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Note: IF THE RENTAL IS RETURNED IN THE SAME CONDITION IT WAS RECEIVED IN, ON TIME, AND PAY FOR ALL USED MILEAGE AND LP, THERE ARE NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES. RENTER MAY CHOOSE TO ELECT THE ADD ON’S FOR OUR STAFF TO COMPLETE AT ADDITIONAL COSTS. INTERIOR CLEANING $300, EXTERIOR CLEANING $100, PUMPING BLACK/GRAY TANKS $300, LP REFILL $50 SERVICE FEE + COST OF LP, WATER REFILL $50, FUEL REFILL $50 SERVICE FEE + THE COST OF FUEL.

1. Full reservation amount for the rental is required upon booking. Included in the full amount, there is a $100 non-refundable deposit for travel trailers or $250 non-refundable deposit for motorhomes plus the online reservation fee if applicable, will be taken when booked online. If booked over the phone, or in person with 4 Seasons Rv and Powersports Rental, the full reservation amount for the rental is also required upon booking. The $100 non-refundable deposit for travel trailers or $250 non-refundable deposit for motorhomes will be included in this amount as well. The fees are absolutely NON–REFUNDABLE, even if an order is placed and canceled immediately.
2. 4 Seasons Rv and Powersports Rental will only accept cancellations by speaking with a staff member directly. We will not accept cancellations through voicemail messages, or emails.
3. If cancellations are within 14 days of departure, there will be no refunds. NO EXCEPTIONS.
4. If cancellations are made 15-29 before departure date, you will be eligible for a full refund, minus the $100 non–refundable deposit for travel trailers, or the $250 non-refundable deposit for motorhomes and online reservation fee if applicable.
5. 4 Seasons Rv and Powersports Rental reserves the right to cancel and refund any reservation at any time due to any unforeseen circumstances that are contributed to our customer’s safety concerns. You will be notified at our earliest convenience if this were to happen.
