Security Deposit of $1,000 is required to be put on hold on a major credit card, prior to checking out NO EXCEPTIONS. The deposit will be refunded after inspection and upon return. This is used for: Damages, lost items, dumping, cleaning charges, insurance deductibles, any other expenses that may occur. Non-Refundable Deposit of $250 if customer cancels. If customer shows up for booking, this is included in the price above of the reservation, and nothing will be refunded.

The unit must be picked up at our location 5335 State Highway 29, Denmark, WI 54208. Unit must be picked up between 12PM-430PM Monday-Friday, and dropped off by 10AM the last day of rental, unless approved otherwise by the owner with additional fees ($100). Pickups/Drop Offs will not be allowed on weekends or holidays. If customer drops unit off during our closed business hours, the will remain responsible for the safety of and any damages that may happen until we inspect it upon our next opening for business. No delivery option.

No pets are allowed unless approved by owner for additional fee of $100/pet.

Interior must be clean before unit is returned; Including floors, cupboards, sinks, toilet, shower, all appliances, dishes must be washed and put away, ALL ITEMS THAT WERE IN THE RENTAL WHEN CHECKED OUT MUST BE RETURNED etc $300 minimum charge if not returned the way it was rented. Exterior cleaning $100. Holding tanks must be fully emptied (Gauges must read E) $300 min charge.
